As a therapist I strive to meet my clients where they are emotionally, mentally and spiritually. I believe in creating a warm, safe and trusting space that will allow us, as therapist and client, to work through the challenges being faced.

I specialize in working with those who have experienced trauma, sexual and physical abuse, PTSD, anxiety, depression and low self esteem. I believe in taking a nonjudgmental stance in addressing my client's challenges, and I aim to implement appropriate, effective, empirically supported treatment.
